* The Aching Bones playing at The Plough in Harborne to raise funds for our charity supporting the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine.
In September we will be competing in Ironman Wales. This is a major challenge comprising of a 2.2 mile sea swim, 112 mile cycle and 26 mile run.
